Spa Policy
CosMed Laser Center offers high quality services at an affordable price.
ARRIVAL
We look forward to welcoming you to The Spa at CosMed Laser Center. Please plan to check-in a minimum of 15-minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. We request twenty-four hours advance notice to cancel or change a confirmed spa service. Changes made within the twenty-four hours will be charged $50 fee.
We hope you understand that in order for CosMed Laser Center to provide low prices for high quality, we cannot afford to lose potential business by having consistent no shows. Once your appointment has been made, we will provide a courtesy call 1 or 2 days prior to your scheduled day. Please confirm with us, otherwise your appointment time is NOT guaranteed.
We understand that your schedules may change, but please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or change your time or date please notify us, as this is a one on one service. We do our best to be punctual to your appointment time, so it inconveniences us when we cannot fully utilize our time to serve our clients.
For clients purchasing promotional vouchers from third parties, only one voucher will be accepted for one person. Existing clients of any location are not eligible to purchase future third party vouchers for themselves. Refunds or store credit will not be issued.
Clients doing LHR treatments: In order to receive the most effective treatments, please shave the areas treated unless stated by your technician. All clients must SHAVE the areas to be treated the day of their session or the day before your scheduled treatment.
Clients doing skin rejuvenation/ peels: Please clean the area before your treatment with NO makeup or moisturizers on the treated area, unless stated by your technician.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds for any product or service once payment has been made and/or service performed. All service sales and gift cards are final. All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed.
GRATUITIES
Your Spa treatment fee does not include gratuities. Between 15 and 20 percent for each person who gave you a service is customary, but you may of course leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. It’s easiest to leave the tip at the reception desk. We provide small tipping envelopes at the front desk or you can add gratuity onto your credit card.
THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL SPA ESTABLISHMENT
Our trained technicians and estheticians are here solely to help improve your health, body and face. If a technician/esthetician ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.
